It can also be used to identify a person\u2019s aptitudes and interests. This provides a comprehensive picture of their potential based on experience, as well as possible directions for further learning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the Skills Audit Method results in a portfolio containing a list of identified competences together with evidence that demonstrates them, such as work samples, photographs, videos or references.
