However, it is not simply a list or a conventional handbook. The interactive Compass helps point you in the right direction and suggests options you may want to consider. Detailed, up-to-date data allow you to explore what a particular occupation offers and what it requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does the Compass work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use the application without logging in: there is no need to create an account, provide an email address or set a password.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can search for specific occupations or explore an industry more freely. Filters allow you to search the database, for example by demand for a particular occupation or by earnings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each occupation profile contains detailed information presented in a clear and accessible way.
