It supports the work of awarding bodies, external quality assurance bodies (EQA bodies) and ministry staff. It also helps monitor validation carried out by different institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tool consists of several modules that support awarding bodies in fulfilling their obligations under the IQS Act. The \u201cAwarding Body \u2013 Records\u201d module can be used to keep records of issued certificates and generate certificates featuring the graphic signs of the Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF) and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), as well as two QR codes. The \u201cAwarding Body Reports\u201d module is used to prepare and submit reports on the activities of awarding bodies to the relevant minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application can also be used to inform the IQR register-keeping body that another entity has been authorised to carry out validation and to provide website addresses containing detailed information on how validation is organised and the applicable fees.
