Ministry of National Education account:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These fees constitute state budget revenue. Fees are non-refundable, except where an application for the inclusion of a qualification in the IQS is not taken forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n An awarding body pays a quarterly fee equal to 3% of its revenue from validation and certification, but not less than PLN 1 for each certificate issued (Article 46(1)). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n An awarding body that has entered into an agreement to provide free validation for pupils or graduates pays a reduced quarterly fee (Article 46(2)).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the IQS Act, fees apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The amounts of these fees are specified in the relevant Articles of the Act. The amounts are adjusted once every five years in accordance with the rules set out in the Act. The adjusted fee amounts are announced by the Minister of Education, acting as Minister-Coordinator of the IQS, in an official notice published in the official journal of the Republic of Poland, Monitor Polski<\/em>.
