Whatever your situation, NIWUS \u2013 a new tool within the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS) \u2013 can help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"why-was-niwus-developed\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why was NIWUS developed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Describing qualifications and assigning Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF) levels is time-consuming but important and valuable work. These activities help shape the Integrated Qualifications System and therefore directly affect the opportunities available to end users \u2013 people who want to obtain a particular qualification and make a change in their working lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NIWUS (Intelligent Support Tool for System Users) is a digital assistant developed to support you in these tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-does-niwus-work\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does NIWUS work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application is available in the section for institutions on the <a href=\"http:\/\/kwalifikacje.gov.pl\/en\/\">kwalifikacje.gov.pl<\/a> portal or directly at <a href=\"http:\/\/niwus.ibe.edu.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">niwus.ibe.edu.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NIWUS consists of two modules designed to meet different user needs. There is no need to install anything \u2013 simply open the application in your browser and start working as soon as the tool launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So how does it work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 1: Log in using your CAS account. If you do not have one, create a new user account \u2013 all you need to provide is an email address and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 2: Choose the module that suits your needs and work on draft applications or recommendations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Module 1<\/strong> is designed for people preparing applications for the inclusion of market or sectoral qualifications in the IQS and developing descriptions of these qualifications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Module 2<\/strong> supports experts who prepare recommendations for ministers on PQF levels and tables of compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 3: Save the completed description and recommendation in your preferred format (including as a JSON file that you can use in the e-applications system).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NIWUS provides a workspace for developing your projects. You will find a robot icon next to the fields you need to complete \u2013 click on it to access your virtual assistant.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application is linked to the <a href=\"https:\/\/kwalifikacje.gov.pl\/en\/rejestr-2\/\">Integrated Qualifications Register<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/prk.ibe.edu.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qualifications Frameworks Browser<\/a>, giving you access to up-to-date data. Links suggested as you work can help you find the information you need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"what-are-the-benefits\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the benefits?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the application can save you a considerable amount of time and improve the quality of the applications you prepare.
