IQR E-reports System
The IQR E-reports System provides a quick and easy way to submit information on validation and certificates for market and sectoral qualifications. It supports the work of awarding bodies, external quality assurance bodies (EQA bodies) and ministry staff. It also helps monitor validation carried out by different institutions.
The tool consists of several modules that support awarding bodies in fulfilling their obligations under the IQS Act. The “Awarding Body – Records” module can be used to keep records of issued certificates and generate certificates featuring the graphic signs of the Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF) and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), as well as two QR codes. One QR code links to the qualification description in the Integrated Qualifications Register, while the other can be used to verify the authenticity of the certificate.
Another module, “Awarding Body Information”, is used to submit quarterly information to the IQR register-keeping body, including, among other things, the number of certificates issued and the fees charged for validation. The “Awarding Body Reports” module is used to prepare and submit reports on the activities of awarding bodies to the relevant minister.
The application can also be used to inform the IQR register-keeping body that another entity has been authorised to carry out validation and to provide website addresses containing detailed information on how validation is organised and the applicable fees. The IQR E-reports System helps awarding bodies fulfil their legal obligations efficiently and comprehensively.
