This website is partially compliant with the annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on the Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies due to the non-compliances listed below.
The accessibility statement for the Zeterka chatbot, available on the portal as a widget, was prepared on the basis of an assessment carried out by Nautil sp. z o.o. Non-compliance with the annex
- Not all PDF files published on the website are fully digitally accessible (they may lack a text layer or a correct heading structure).
- Some images and photographs do not have alternative text.
- In some cases, the contrast is too low.
- Some videos do not have captions or audio description (most new videos already have captions).
- The heading hierarchy is incorrect on some pages.
Planned improvements
- Gradually adding alternative text to images and photographs.
- Work to improve contrast.
- Preparing audio descriptions, text descriptions and extended captions for graphic and multimedia content.
- Improving the heading structure of pages.

- The portal contains files prepared by third parties, which may not be accessible.

Complaint about a lack of digital accessibility

Complaint about a lack of architectural and information and communication accessibility
If architectural or information and communication accessibility has not been provided, you have the right to submit a request for accessibility and, subsequently, a complaint to the President of the Management Board of PFRON .
Procedure
- Submitting a request to the institution: A request for accessibility should be submitted directly to us. We are required to fulfil the request without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days. If meeting this deadline is not possible, we will inform you of a new deadline (no longer than 2 months).
- Right to lodge a complaint: If we fail to provide accessibility within the specified period or issue a notice of refusal, you may lodge a complaint about a lack of accessibility.
- Complaint to PFRON: A complaint should be submitted to the President of the Management Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons within 30 days of receiving the notice of refusal or of the expiry, without resolution, of the deadline for processing the request.

How to reach the Institute
- take metro line M2 to Młynów station, then continue for 650 m in a straight line eastwards along Górczewska Street,
- take bus lines 136, 171 or 190 to the Płocka-Szpital stop, then continue for approximately 300 metres in a straight line eastwards along Górczewska Street,
- take bus lines 103 or 106 to the Płocka-Szpital stop (on Płocka Street), then continue approximately 400 m eastwards,
- take tram lines 20, 23, 24 or 28 to the Młynarska stop, then continue approximately 300 m westwards.
Parking
- We do not have designated parking spaces for disabled people.
- You may use a parking space indicated by a member of the IBE reception staff. Remember to bring your disabled person’s parking card and display it behind the windscreen.
- Parking on the premises of IBE PIB is free of charge.
- Parking spaces are located in the courtyard and at the rear of the building.
