Regional experts – local support for the issues that matter to you

Looking for support in your region? Experts are available in every voivodeship to provide free assistance. They form an interdisciplinary team whose aim is to support a wide range of entities, institutions and organisations across Poland that are interested in becoming involved in the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS) and using its solutions and tools.

Who can benefit from our support?

Our experts support anyone who wants to make use of the opportunities offered by the IQS, including:

• labour market institutions, such as district and regional labour offices and Voluntary Labour Corps,
• business support institutions, such as chambers of commerce, regional development agencies and employers’ organisations,
• businesses and employers,
• awarding bodies and training companies,
• schools, educational institutions and higher education institutions, such as Sector Skills Centres, teacher training centres and vocational and continuing education centres,
• non-governmental organisations,
• local government units,
• regional education authorities,
• regional coordination teams,
• Sector Skills Councils.

What support do our experts provide?

Information and promotion:

• they provide information on how IQS tools and solutions can be used and promote good practice in their use;
• they share research findings, tools and information about events organised by the Educational Research Institute – National Research Institute.

Education and guidance:

• they organise conferences, workshops, webinars and working meetings on the IQS and the idea of lifelong learning;
• they take part in events focused on education, the labour market and sectoral communities;
• they support cooperation between education, business, public administration and labour market institutions to develop the qualifications system.

Implementation support:

• they work with employers and Sector Skills Councils to implement IQS solutions and tools, including Sectoral Qualifications Frameworks. These solutions can support, among other things, recruitment, job and career path descriptions, the identification of training needs and the development of employees’ competences.
