IQR e-Reports – explore the updates and help us shape future improvements

Hands on a laptop keyboard

Do you use the Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR) e-Reports application? We have just updated the activity report form – find out what has changed. We are also starting work on a new version of the application – IQR e-Reports 2.0. We want to work with you to identify what needs to be improved so that the tool can better support you in carrying out your tasks.

What are IQR e-Reports?

The application supports the operation of the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS) and helps those who are required to fulfil reporting obligations. Access is restricted to individuals authorised to represent the relevant entities:

  • awarding bodies,
  • external quality assurance bodies,
  • relevant ministers,
  • Minister-Coordinator of the Integrated Qualifications System,
  • the Educational Research Institute – National Research Institute (IBE PIB), which maintains the Integrated Qualifications Register.

The tool currently allows users to:

  • keep a record of certificates issued,
  • generate certificates,
  • submit quarterly data,
  • submit activity reports together with internal evaluation reports from awarding bodies,
  • collect quantitative and qualitative data, and generate reports.

New features and proposed changes

Do you know what has changed? It may be a small change, but it makes a big difference.

You can now submit your activity report and internal evaluation report using a single form. All the documents you have submitted through the IQR e-Reports application are easily accessible in one place. The form uses simpler language, and the messages are clearer and more precise.

We have redesigned the certificate authenticity verification window. The information displayed remains unchanged, but the window now has a more modern look.

IQR e-Reports are designed to support important, specific tasks. The application should make these tasks easier to carry out. That is why we have started working on a new version of the application. Our plans include:

  • make the login process more user-friendly;
  • introduce a new menu design to make navigating this part of the application easier and more intuitive;
  • enable awarding bodies to update their details more quickly and easily report significant changes to their operating conditions (without having to send emails).

Join our consultation sessions

We want to introduce changes that will make it easier for you to carry out your tasks. To find out what is missing from IQR e-Reports or what could be improved, we are working with the application’s users. We have already held our first workshops.

We invite you to take part in consultations at an early stage of the design process so that together we can create an application that is as useful and user-friendly as possible, with a clear and consistent user journey.

If you have an idea for a new feature that could help you in your day-to-day work or would like to share your feedback, email us at: sprawozdawczosc@ibe.edu.pl.
