The 8th IQS Stakeholders’ Experience-Sharing Forum is coming up – registration is still open

‘Quality Qualifications Guarantee Quality Services’ is the theme of this year’s IQS Stakeholders’ Experience-Sharing Forum. If you would like to attend the Forum, read the information and complete the registration form – registration is open until 7 May 2026.

What will we discuss?

During the Forum, we will explore topics such as:

  • experiences of establishing and developing the qualifications quality assurance system in Poland, including a review of how the IQS has operated to date,
  • the importance of reliable validation and the recognition of knowledge and skills for the quality and safety of services across different sectors,
  • sectoral perspectives on the links between the quality of qualifications and the quality of services,
  • solutions supporting quality assurance in training and development services, including mechanisms used in the Development Services Database (provider profile and service profile),
  • the role of the Educational Research Institute – National Research Institute as an external quality assurance body (EQAB) for sectoral qualifications,
  • external quality assurance mechanisms for qualifications and the experiences of institutions involved in implementing them,
  • new reporting solutions in the Integrated Qualifications Register (e-reports),
  • good practices, ideas and current challenges in quality assurance within the IQS.

Who is the Forum for?

We invite representatives of:

  • public administration,
  • awarding bodies,
  • external quality assurance bodies,
  • Sector Skills Centres,
  • social partners, and
  • all stakeholders involved in the development of the IQS.

Practical information

When and where will we meet? 13 May 2026 at the Golden Floor Tower training centre in Warsaw (123A Aleje Jerozolimskie).

What is the conference format? In person only.

How long will the event last? The Forum will run from 8.15 am to 3.30 pm. Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided for participants.

Is there a fee? Attendance is free of charge.
