Four teams – distinct areas of support
Each information and education point specialises in a different area:
1. The Qualification Description Team will answer questions regarding:
- the methodology for describing market qualifications, sectoral qualifications, and micro-credentials,
- the procedure for including market and sectoral qualifications in the IQS,
- the required documentation,
- tools supporting qualification description.
We meet every Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30: book a slot.
2. The Awarding Body Support Team provides advice on matters relating to:
- the inclusion of an entity in the IQS as an awarding body for a market or sectoral qualification,
- preparing the validation process,
- quality assurance throughout the qualification awarding process.

3. The Higher Education Support Team will clarify matters concerning:
- the requirements and procedures for incorporating qualifications awarded upon completion of postgraduate programmes into the IQS,
- the procedure for including a market qualification in the IQS,
- types of qualifications within the IQS and entering them into the Integrated Qualifications Register,
- preparing summary descriptions of full qualifications at Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF) levels 6, 7, and 8 in the Register,
- the structure of documentation required to include qualifications awarded upon completion of postgraduate programmes in the IQS (description form, compliance table, PQF level recommendation),
- the methodology for describing learning outcomes and verification criteria.

4. The External Quality Assurance Team offers specialist expertise in:
- the role and duties of the external quality assurance body (PZZJ),
- legal provisions concerning external quality assurance,
- practical tools used in external quality assurance,
- publications in the field of quality management,
- external quality assurance within Sector Skills Centres (BCU),
- relations between the PZZJ and the awarding body (IC).
