Implementing and Coordinating Business Processes (Lean Office)
The holder of the qualification "Implementing and Coordinating Business Processes (Lean Office)" independently plans and coordinates the implementation of Lean Office in organizations. Using his/her knowledge of basic concepts, principles and tools of Lean system as well as kaizen philosophy, he/she identifies business processes in an organization and identifies process waste. Defines implementation goals, plans the budget and resources needed to implement Lean Office in the organization, prepares the team to implement Lean Office in the organization and to conduct periodic audits. Conducts the process of monitoring and evaluation of the effects of the implementation and prepares recommendations for further improvement of the organization as part of business process optimization. Performs job tasks under variable and not fully predictable conditions.
