Six market qualifications and one market qualification in crafts have recently been included in the Integrated Qualification System. All seem to be very relevant in a constantly changing labour market. The qualifications apply to many industries, from construction to clothing to education.

The holder of the market qualification "Fitter of sanitary networks and systems - master's diploma" has a broad and deep knowledge of various networks, systems and equipment, in particular water supply, sewage, heating, natural gas, ventilation and air conditioning. Independently plans, organises, executes and controls the execution of construction works related to development, alteration, assembly, repair and maintenance of sanitary networks and installations. Is able to adjust plan as circumstances arise. Organizes his/her own workstation and those of other employees. Initiates collaboration and collaborates with specialists in other areas of the assembly-installation and construction-renovation industries.

"Implementing and monitoring peer violence prevention programs in schools"

The holder of the market qualification "Implementing and monitoring peer violence prevention programs in schools" independently (in the sense of being ready to take responsibility, plan work, make decisions) plans and implements solutions for the long-term prevention of school violence, exclusion and peer harassment. Undertakes activities to analyse interpersonal relationships in the school, norms of peer behavior, and school climate as perceived by students. Actively involves the community of students, teachers and parents in designing prevention programs. Implements the above activities using his/her knowledge and skills in conducting participatory research.

Designing and implementing activities to prevent school violence, exclusion and peer harassment at the school class level

The holder of the market qualification "Designing and implementing activities to prevent school violence, exclusion and peer harassment at the school class level" has an in-depth knowledge of the phenomenon of peer violence, its manifestations, causes and consequences in relation to individual students and whole classes as well as knowledge of peer group dynamics. Is able to diagnose the dynamics and hierarchy of peer groups, identify the needs of individual students and entire classes.

"Supporting entrepreneurs in the design and development of business projects"

The holder of the market qualification "Supporting entrepreneurs in the design and development of business projects" independently, based on collected data, evaluates changes in the business environment, prepares or evaluates and comments on the business concept prepared by the team of business project originators, assesses the competitiveness of th business project, analyzes and evaluates the business model adopted by the team of business project originators. Driven by a sense of responsibility for the business project, prepares the business project team to present the project at investor meetings.

"Conducting logistics activities related to apparel manufacturing"

The holder of the market qualification "Conducting logistics activities related to apparel manufacturing", hereinafter referred to as "market qualification", prepares the factory staff, machinery and prefabricated products to start the production process of a specific order. Monitors and reports problems that arise during the apparel manufacturing process related to staff size, technical condition of machinery, shortages of prefabricated products. Implements in-plant prefabricated products flow and coordinates prefabricated products complaint process.

"Quality Control in the Apparel Industry"

The holder of the market qualification "Quality Control in the Apparel Industry" has the ability to distinguish the components of prefabricated products and analyze the quality parameters of prefabricated products. Independently uses production documentation for quality control. Independently assesses the conformity of measurements of ready apparel with product specifications and the conformity of finishing and processing of the product with product specifications, taking full responsibility for all activities.

"Communication with the patient and their relatives"

The holder of this qualification knows how the thinking about the staff-patient relationship has evolved, characterises different models of the relationship, and lists the merits of those that address the multiple dimensions of the patient's (and their relatives') experience of illness. Thanks to the acquired knowledge of the legal and ethical aspects of communicating with patients, the holder of the qualification displays a professional attitude in everyday work with patients - at various stages of the therapeutic procedure. The holder of the qualification builds and maintains relationships with patients and their families, takes patient's history, communicates information (both simple messages and instructions and complex content, including unwelcome news) in a professional manner, tailored to the situation and the interviewee, motivates the patient to comply with the recommendations, and supports the patient in the long-term treatment process.
