The holder of this qualification is prepared to independently plan, organise, and carry out the process of motor skills development training. Conducts focused training units that shape individual motor skills and their manifestations. Using the results of fitness and endurance tests, diagnoses the athletes' level of fitness. Prepares training plans based on the athlete's goals and skills. Plans the monitoring and assessment of the athlete's progress. Analyses his/her professional actions with a view to optimising the training plan and the execution of the training process. Takes responsibility for the quality of the conducted training units and the safety of the athletes. The holder of the qualification continually enhances his/her own and the athlete's competencies and employs knowledge in the field of sports theory and methodology, as well as knowledge in the area of regeneration, including basic supplementation and nutrition.

The holder of the qualification "Planning and conducting the training process in equestrianism" is prepared to independently plan and conduct the training process. Assesses the athletes' skills necessary for achieving sports success, sets short- and long-term goals for the training programme, and develops an annual training plan for the horse-rider pair based on diagnostic/control assessment and fitness tests. At work, he/she uses specialised knowledge in the field of horse and athlete training. The holder of the qualification applies knowledge related to the selection and classification of horses for specific sports competitions and understands the connection between breeding and the practical use of horses in sports. Ensures the balanced development of equestrian skills for both the horse and the rider. Motivates, trains, and corrects the horse and the rider. Is prepared for the evaluation of his/her training concepts Evaluates the facility's readiness for conducting sports training, with particular emphasis on safety principles.
Teaching water skiing
The holder of the qualification "Teaching water skiing" is prepared to plan, organise, and conduct water skiing sessions using two skis and a single ski using ski lifts or a motorboat." The qualification holder prepares a teaching plan and outlines of individual training units. Independently selects teaching methods and educational resources, taking into account the age, skill level of participants, and current and forecasted weather conditions. During teaching, he/she uses knowledge of the teaching/learning process in sports. Adheres to the principles of safe usage of equipment and the body of water. Is mindful of other watercraft on the body of water.
