Planning and conducting the golf training process

The holder of the market qualification is prepared for independent planning, organising, and conducting the golf training process. Conducts training of the players. Evaluates the level of players' technical skills and uses the data on players. Prepares plans for achieving training goals based on the main goals and intermediate goals, player skills, as well as the results of tests and research. Prepares the training camp plan and the competition participation plan. Organises training sessions. Analyses his/her professional actions with a view to optimising the training plan and the execution of the training process. Takes responsibility for the quality of the conducted training units and the safety of the players. The holder of this qualification analyses his/her own strengths and weaknesses and continually enhances his/her competencies.

Conducting golf classes as part of Sport for All Program

The holder of the qualification is prepared to independently organise and conduct introductory golf training for various age groups. Prepares session plans based on existing templates, session objectives, and student skills. Creates training sessions outlines, adapting them to the goal, needs, skills, and capabilities of the participants. In his/her work, he/she uses knowledge of sports theory, golf technique, golf rules, golf etiquette, and legal aspects. Plans golf events for various audiences.
