The holder of the free-market qualification "Forecasting demand and monitoring utility consumption in real estate": monitors the consumption and production of utilities in real estate, including: inventories utilities in the property, uses measuring instruments, records readings from measuring instruments, analyses the results of measuring instrument readings; forecasts utility demand for the property, including: sets objectives and selects methods for forecasting utility consumption and production, determines the minimum utility requirements necessary for the operation of the facility, discusses methods of optimising utility consumption and production, plans the consumption/production of utilities in the property; analyses contracts for the supply and receipt of utilities to and from the property, including: identifies the basic elements of the contract content, compares the contract content in terms of planned utility consumption.
