Recently, as many as nine free-market have been included in the IQS. Three are related to the medical industry, four to the sports industry, and one to the chemical industry.

Individuals who will choose to obtain one of the first three qualifications will be able to assist in managing team operations in the healthcare sector. Obtaining the next two qualifications will help confirm skills, knowledge, and experience in conducting postnatal training for women. Obtaining the next three qualifications will confirm coaching competencies related to wrestling. The final qualification is related to the chemical industry.

4. Conducting exercises for women in an uncomplicated postnatal period
5. Conducting preventive pelvic floor muscle exercises for women
6. Managing the training process in wrestling
7. Optimising the training process in wrestling
8. Planning and conducting the training process in wrestling
9. Modelling fine chemicals production processes
