The holder of the market qualification "Conducting classes in a specific scientific discipline based on active methods in the educational process – academic trainer" is prepared to independently design, conduct, and evaluate training sessions in the field of a specific scientific discipline, both on-site and remotely, using self-created or acquired training tools. In his/her work, he/she uses methods, techniques, and tools adapted to the scientific nature of the classes as well as the needs of the participants. He/she also relies on the current state of research in the field of adult learning and monitors development trends in the scientific domain. The holder of this market qualification performs complex professional tasks in dynamically changing conditions.

Conducting coaching training based on the intentional creativity method

The holder of the market qualification "Conducting coaching training based on the intentional creativity method" employs the concept of intentional creativity in his/her work and incorporates activating work methods during training, particularly exercises or workshops. Independently develops a training program, guided by the idea of lifelong learning, and from that perspective, he/she selects and prepares materials needed for conducting exercises or workshops. In this regard, he/she designs and conducts exercises or workshops according to original scenarios that develop the creative skills of the participants of the training and motivates them to engage in intentional creativity. Defines group competencies, stages of group cooperation, and manages the group's potential.

Managing digital data in the professional environment using information and communication technologies

The holder of this market qualification independently, according to his/her own needs and solving non-routine problems, describes his/her information needs, performs complex searches to find data, information, and content in digital environments. Explains how to access and navigate this information as needed and conducts analysis, comparison, and evaluation of the reliability and credibility of the data sources, information, and digital content. Independently selects data, information, and content, organises it according to imposed or developed patterns in digital environments, chooses appropriate communication tools for the given context, shares information and resources using digital technologies, and can shape his/her work conditions according to his/her safety and environmental protection needs, including using virtual machines and VPNs.

Using digital resources in the professional environment using information and communication technologies

The holder of this market qualification performs simple professional tasks requiring the use of a computer. Is aware of the range of skills he/she has and knows how to describe them. Identifies and solves the simplest technical problems on its own, and in the case of more advanced issues actively seeks help from more advanced users. The extent of his/her knowledge and skills allows him/her to search, filter, process and integrate digital content at a basic level using commonly available tools. The holder of the market qualification at this level independently communicates with other employees and customers using basic communication channels, selecting the type of communication for individual needs and based on his/her knowledge.

Digital data processing in the professional setting using information and communication technologies

The holder of the market qualification is able to search for the information necessary in the course of his/her professional work using filters and search engine bots, distinguishing between true information and so-called "fake news" and recognising the occurrences of aggression on the Internet. Uses a variety of tools and filters in the created and edited text files and spreadsheets to improve their readability and appearance, as well as increase productivity. Can also record the desktop and post recordings on streaming platforms. Recognises the most popular file compression formats, is able to independently find, download and install drivers and third-party applications as needed, differentiates between rewritable and non-rewritable media, and connects to the company's external network resources (maps drives to NAS).

Diagnosing and developing digital competencies in the organisation

The holde of the market qualification demonstrates digital competencies at the advanced level of the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens - DigComp. In his/her activities uses knowledge of the digital competence framework. Describes digital competencies for specific jobs in the organisation. Performs a diagnosis of digital competencies of employees and - with reference to the results of the diagnosis - determines the infrastructure needs of the organisation. Identifies tools for validating digital competencies and opportunities for further development of employees in digital competence. Organises and conducts training. Supports the organisation in the process of obtaining external funding for digital investments.
