Qualifications in wing foiling and IT included in the IQS

Two qualifications have recently been included in the IQS: the first is related to wing foiling and the second to Python programming.

Conducting wing foiling classes

The holder of the qualification "Conducting wing foiling classes" is prepared to independently plan, organise, conduct, and monitor wing foiling training sessions. Demonstrates skills in riding a hydrofoil board with a wing. Prepares lesson plans in accordance with the framework training cycle, selecting exercises suited to the session’s topic and the skill level of the participants, taking into account the variability of weather conditions. Demonstrates and explains exercises, teaching in accordance with health and safety regulations, applying principles of sports theory and methodology for all, and using communication and motivational tools.

Programming in Python

The holder of this free-market qualification is ready to independently create software in Python. In his/her work, he/she uses both the basic elements of Python and object-oriented programming. In performing professional tasks, he/she uses specialised knowledge related to software development, and also undertakes actions to test and debug the programme.  He/she is prepared to take responsibility for performing independent professional tasks.
