The holder of this free-market qualification assesses the technical condition and values machines and equipment, applies specialised knowledge in machine and equipment construction and structure, including legal regulations related to their use, analyses available technical documentation, conducts inspections and other necessary activities to determine the technical condition of machines and equipment, analyses the usage history of machines and equipment, including performed inspections, repairs, and modernisations, determines whether a technical assessment and market value valuation can be made or if further research is needed, and prepares the relevant final documentation based on the scope of the assignment.

The holder of this qualification independently prepares offers based on current market and social trends. He/she prepares the plan and coordinates the organisation of conference services. During the planning stage, he/she diagnoses the needs related to organising the conference service, gathers necessary data regarding the number of participants, the terms of implementation, target audience, budget related to delivering the conference service, etc. He/she is also prepared to set the plan - agenda for the service, including coordinating activities and task execution. During the delivery phase, he/she supervises and coordinates the processes to ensure the conference service is properly carried out. He/she maintain ongoing contact with service providers, the contracting party, and third parties.
