Advisory Services for establishing and managing Community-Supported Agriculture
The holder of this qualification is knowledgeable about the Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, including its challenges and benefits for both farmers and consumers, as well as the legal regulations regarding direct sales. The holder of the qualification is prepared to analyse a farm's situation with regard to establishing a CSA. He/she develops a production plan, financial plan, and strategy for establishing and developing a CSA, as well as draft agreements between farmers and consumers. He/she is skilled in selecting communication channels and establishing rules for communication within the CSA. In his/her activities, he/she utilises knowledge in the fields of organic farming and the social and environmental aspects of agricultural operations.
