IQR project deputy leader Emilia Danowska-Florczyk
On November 13–14, 2024, the Polish Entrepreneurship Congress—the largest mobile business and economic event in Poland—was held in Krakow. This year’s edition attracted numerous participants who attended approximately 30 discussion panels covering key topics for the development of the Polish economy.
Representatives of the IQR, the IQS, and Badge+ on the evolved nature of science and education
The panel entitled “The evolved nature of science and education” featured representatives from the Educational Research Institute (IBE): Emilia Danowska-Florczyk, Maciej Tauber, and Michał Nowakowski. Other panelists included Anna Głowacka (Dean of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin), Tomasz Jacek (Director of the National Research Institute of Animal Production), and Rafał Poniewski (Deputy Director of the Regional Development Department at the Marshal's Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship).
Qualifications register as a modern tool supporting education and career development
The panel addressed issues related to modern tools that support education and professional development. One of the key topics of discussion was the Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR) and its associated innovative solutions, such as the Zeterka chatbot, which leverages AI models.
We want people to truly understand their skills and knowledge, be able to articulate them, and develop consciously. The public qualifications register (IQR) and our AI-powered tools are crucial guides on educational and career paths in this rapidly changing world. This is a world where decisions made as teenagers no longer have to define our futures, and where specific skills, knowledge, and attitudes matter most, ” emphasised Emilia Danowska-Florczyk, Deputy Leader of the IQR project.
The discussion was not only an inspiring exchange of experiences but also an opportunity to showcase how modern technologies support lifelong learning and address the challenges of today’s labour market.
