The Minister of Education is launching another call for applications to join the list of institutions providing external quality assurance for the awarding of market qualifications (PZZJ).
Who can apply?
Organisations operating in the fields of economy, labour market, education, or training that meet the following criteria:
- Have an experienced team with knowledge of the Integrated Qualifications System (IQS), learning outcomes validation, and quality assurance in qualification awarding.
- Apply an internal quality assurance system for their processes.
- Are not a certifying institution for the market qualifications covered by the application.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in their area of activity.
- Have not ceased or suspended business operations.
- Have no outstanding tax or social security (ZUS) liabilities.

As an external quality assurance institution, you can:
- Build your credibility as an institution supporting qualification quality in the Polish market.
- Develop your staff’s competences in quality assurance.
- Cooperate with other organisations in the field of education and training.
- Contribute to ensuring the quality of market qualifications that respond to current and anticipated social and economic needs, including those of the labour market.
How and when to apply?
Applications can be submitted from 24 February 2025 to 9 May 2025 exclusively through the IQR e-application system. After logging into your portal account, an application guide will be available.
What happens next?
- The Educational Research Institute will carry out a formal assessment.
- The substantive (merit-based) assessment will be conducted by a committee appointed by the Minister of Education.
- Applications will be assessed by qualification groups within specific administrative areas.
- Entry onto the list is made by administrative decision of the Minister of Education.
