We invite you to take part in a series of workshops where you will discover tools useful in career counseling.
The innovative tools presented during the workshops were developed by the Educational Research Institute (IBE – National Research Institute). These tools are linked to the nationwide Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR). Each workshop includes two online meetings. After the first meeting, participants will be asked to test the presented application during their own school activities. The second meeting will be devoted to discussing how these lessons went, as well as sharing observations about the strengths and weaknesses of the tool.

About the Tools
Qualifications of Tomorrow – A Practical Guide helps users explore the various functions of the Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR). It shows how to use the register to plan educational and career paths and how to match an individual’s skills, talents, and passions with labor market expectations. The guide was created for career counselors supporting both young people and adults.
Zeterka is a friendly chatbot available on the Integrated Qualifications Register website. It asks questions, identifies user preferences and interests, and suggests the most suitable learning paths and qualifications. Zeterka also explains how the register and the Integrated Qualifications System work.
Little IQR was created for students and teachers. Students of different ages will find suitable qualification and badge options. Teachers from preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools can use the ready-made lesson scenarios on lifelong learning and career development planning.
I Know What I Can Do addresses the needs of young people. It helps them understand that valuable experience is gained every day—through hobbies, volunteering, or other activities—and can be useful later in life. The platform includes badges such as “Social Media Creator,” “Friend of the Baltic Sea,” “Social Activist,” and “Young Diplomat.”
Vocational Education Compass helps students choose a vocational education path. The application includes information on more than 200 professions, such as lists of schools offering relevant programs, job expectations, and pros and cons of specific careers. It can also be used by parents and teachers.
The workshops are funded by the EU under the project “Operation and Development of the Integrated Qualifications Register as a Tool Supporting Lifelong Learning (IQR3).”
